FREETOWN, MA
A Freetown man has been arrested and charged with breaking into a home in Freetown. Brandon W. DeMoranville, age 36, of 122 Chace Rd. was charged with breaking and entering daytime felony and larceny from a building.
On Thursday, October 20, 2022 around 7:15 am, Freetown police officers responded to a report of a suspicious person that had entered an unoccupied home located on Abraham Avenue.
Freetown Sergeant Benjamin Levesque, together with Patrolmen Nicholas Drinkwine and Officer Phillip Pine, arrived on scene and searched the home where Demoranville was discovered hiding. During his apprehension, police discovered a flashlight and stolen property in his possession.
DeMoranville was transported to the Freetown police station for booking prior to his arraignment at the Fall River Justice Center.
